TVP crashing with Mac OS 15.4.1

I have a new M4 Mac Mini and am running OS 15.4.1 Sequoia. I'm having an issue with TVP 11.7.0 in that it brings up the attached screen prompt, and when I click on "OK" it immediately shuts down the app.
I've tried replugging the dongle, but it's still not working.
Can you help me?

Hello BruceM, this is normal since Monterey and the MacOS versions that came after are not compatible with the dongle's Sentinel driver.
Please create a support request from the contact form on our website to have your license migrated to dongleless (it is free).

Hello Dean,
Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. As you directed, I put in a support request in the Contact form this morning. How soon should I be hearing back from TVP on getting the dongleless license?
