edit brush button doesn't seem to do anything Topic is solved

Hi, I updated to v12.03 and like the previous 12 versions, when clicking on edit brush button in the tools panel so I can flip, rotate the brush, unlike v11, nothing happens, I cannot find the panel to edit the brush, are there any known reasons why this might happen?

windows 11 pro, cintiq 24pro, dual monitors setup

resetting preferences seems to have fixed it, but had to reset my hot keys etc, thanks anyway
