in the guides panel
there is a global switch for both the visibility and the snap (magnetism ) of the guide stack.
if you switch off the global visibility all guides become invisible.
but...
if you switch off global snap it only stops the snap and not the "assist"(the remote guide snap)
There might be some logic there? but as it is, its not very practical or user friendly that there is no way to quickly switch of all the guide snaps.
You end up having to switch off all individual snap assists for each guide.
i just would expect the global "magnet"(snap) to switch off all guide snapping at once.
