Sonoma and V12pro

Having some problems with V12pro crashing.

It has been fairly stable up until the past few days, when it has suddenly cut out to the desktop. Circumstances different each time, until today.
A couple of times it happened just after saving, once or twice, when drawing with the pen tool. Today, while trying to add a straight line, it cut out three times in a row within 10mins.
Trying to draw over the top of some pre rendered png frames.
Is this a common occurrence ?

Thank you for your reply.
It's version 12.01 and OSX 14.7.
There was a lot of bother getting it setup which your colleague Matthieu resolved .

Can you update to v12.0.2? We've fixed a lot of crashes on macOS on this version.

Thierry.
Thank you for your reply.I shall try that this evening. It has been a bit frustrating to have it cut out, seemingly at random

Thierry.
My V12 pro is installed on a Mac studio as previously mentioned. When I try to log in to the TVP site on that computer. The request is denied, even using the same info as used to log in here, now, using an Imac on the same table as the Studio. Is there a problem ?

Simon

Hello Simon, no issue with our website has been reported recently. Did you try logging in from a different browser?
