Licence Disabled. URGENT!

I am no longer able to open TVPaint 12 Pro. I am getting the popup "An error has occurred. Please, make sure your license has been activated on your License Admin Page." Recently I have received an email from OodoBot stating that my license must be closed. It gave no reason why. I paid for the 12 Pro upgrade from 11 Pro right when it was released. I sent Dean proof of my destroyed dongle at the time of the upgrade. I NEED to access this program and have not received a response from the private message I sent Dean. Please someone help me.

Hello Todd, all is well, I answered to your PM.
Users who upgrade their dongle-based v11 license to v12 (dongleless only) via our online store hard a limited time windows to send us a proof of destruction for their dongle.
It can be uploaded via the online store directly or sent later.
