Unable to start software due to "runtimeerror"

Hello, I have had TVPaint 11 professional for 3 years, it has worked very well though there was a previous time 2 years ago I needed help with my license not working. Now I have not used the software for a month or two so I'm not sure exactly when this happened, but when I try to start the software it now just says "runtimeerror" and "purchase".

In the codemeter control center, it says "activation invalid", and at the licence depot it says it's activated but when I try to rehost it it runs into some issue and it doesn't work. I have tried rebooting my computer, uninstalling tvpaint and codemeter and reinstalling them (this worked last time I had an issue.) I'm wondering if there is something else I can do.

Information about my computer:
OS and version:
windows 10, version 22H2.
OS architecture: 64 bit,
CPU type: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-9600K CPU @ 3.70GHz 3.70 GHz, 16GB RAM.
I'm using TVPaint professional edition 11.7.3, 64bit.
My tablet is a Wacom Intuos S CT-4100, driver 6.4.6-2

Try the activation again but use Firefox instead of Safari!

Slowtiger, thank you for the reply, I wonder if you may have replied this to the wrong post, since I did not use safari, and activating the license is not my issue(i am unable to deactivate it to rehost it). Or maybe I'm misunderstanding something or didn't give enough info? But I used google chrome to reach the license depot. I have also cleared the browser's cache incase that would help anything, but the issue remains

Hello Willbe, your CmContainer (license container) is corrupt for some reason.
I just sent you a PM with a command you need to use in the Codemeter Command Prompt app before remotely deactivating and reactivating your license.
