CTG Layers disabled when opening v12 project in v11.7.3 [TVPA-3682]

Here's a bug I noticed in moving projects from v12 to 11.7.3 -

If I create a project in version 12 which has CTG layers , then I share that project with another team member who is still using version 11.7.3 , when they open the project in 11.7.3 the CTG layers are disabled and no source is assigned to the CTG layers. It can be fixed by simply re-assigning each CTG layer to it's proper source layer , but if there are many layers that is quite time consuming ... and even if it is only two or three layers it still should not happen.
