Question for upgrading to 12
If you upgrade a Dongle License would you still be able to use 11? or you would have to switch to 12 in all your devices?

As I know,
When you upgrade to 12, you have to destroy your dongle, and there is no dongle version on 12, so, as a result, you can't use 11.

But you should be.
V11 is also available as dongleless so i think TVPaint would be able to facilitate this.
And i think they should, because at the moment 12 is not a stable version.

Hi, my name is Billy and I'm a UK based animator, pleased to meet you all
I am trying to upload photos evidence of my destroyed dongle in my account page for my upgrade, I have selected the images and have them selected in the 'upload documents' box but there is no actual upload button, I have sent them in a message too, but obviously I want to make sure my tvpaint license doesn't get deactivated ... my account still says document upload required,
