How costly is the upgrade from 11 to 12?

Hello, I have TVP 11.7, and I know this is a common, easy question that a lot of people are likely having. But I swear I cannot find the answer anywhere I tried.

I bought TVP a few years ago.
I'd simply like to know the amount I'll have to pay for the upgrade. I'be already been told that it'd use the same WIBU key. I bought it at a time when me and my gf still were studying. That is no longer the case, so I wonder how that would affect the pricing as well.

That's... almost the price of the full software... I think I'll have to pass... :(

(was looking forward to the folder system, guess I bought TVP at a bad time)

Since there is one option that was left out, I'll have to ask:

What of:
TvPaint 11 Professional > 12 standard

?

The folder system in TVPaint 12 (Professional edition) can be a bit buggy. The timeline window tends to flash constantly, and the software often crashes after your computer goes into sleep mode. I upgraded from TVPaint 11 Pro to TVPaint 12 Pro and, honestly, I prefer sticking to the older version. In my opinion, TVPaint 11 Pro is still the best 2D animation software out there, so there's no need to upgrade and spend extra money.

I hope this helps and reassures you! :-)
