It seems selection Brush is not on the list....?

not only for that, for folder system controlling like
'making new folder layer, putting the selected layers into'
'delete folder, extracting the layers out of the folder'

bagically new feature's shortcut is not considered...maybe?
Hope there was shortcuts for new feature...
