Add the camera darkening/toggle to the camera options

I've always found it quite unintuitive to have to turn on and off the camera darkening in the display window, rather than the actual camera options window.
I suggest that we either move or copy this option to the camera window.

Excellent idea. It make sense.

I would keep the function in both Display Settings and in the Camera Tool panel if possible.
