Trouble on tv_SetActiveShape "crop" since TVPaint11.7.1

When TVPaint 11.7.1 was released, I reported a bug regarding tv_SetActiveShape.

This problem was recently reported by the developer,
and it turned out that the reason was that the base point had changed from the top left to the center of the project.

I tried to improve the script in response to this suggestion, but found that tv_SetActiveShape "crop"
cannot be used in cases where the new project has an odd number of pixels because "xxx.5" cannot be specified as the pivot.

In Japanese productions, it is no good to create projects with odd pixels (because problems occur when the pivot is set to "xxx.5" in After Effects).
Therefore, there is no problem with operation with the current specifications, but is there any possibility of changing this behavior?

Since the trouble that caused this issue was reported by the developer,
I have updated the panel "ResizeProject" that integrates project editing and crop tool. I'm posting it on a Japanese user forum, but I'll also share the source file here.
Specifically, we have divided the operations between 11.7.0 and earlier and 11.7.1 and later.
The "odd pixel problem" mentioned in the previous post still exists, so in versions 11.7.1 and later, resizing is forced to even pixels.
