Play Clip on mouse hover doesn't work

I have just noticed that in TVP 11.7.1 STD the "Play Clip On Mouse Hover Doesn't Work". It is turned ON in the Preferences.

Hi Soom, we were aware of this inconsistency and it has been fixed for v11.7.2
