CTRL + ALT + (Any Keys) doesn't work

So I was setting up some shortcut keys for my new Keypad.

I don't think it's a hardware issue considering that another program recognizes my key press for CTRL + ALT + (Any Keys)

But I find it weird that tv paint lists them as an option but won't let me use them.

Again I might have set up something wrong on my end.

Same goes for CTRL + Function keys (CTRL+ F3 and etc)

weird, never had this on Windows. maybe you have some background program that takes over those shortcuts?

Ok, I've started working on a new project on Windows, and I confirm that CTRL+ALT+anything shortcuts do not work! we have tested this on several Windows machines. This is frustrating also due to the fact, that all my previous configs are partially based on these shortcuts, and I cannot use them anymore, I need to reconfigure everything and get used to new shortcuts...
