Can I make my pen multiply draw like in Photoshop.

now the multiplay on draws when there is pixels,

in photoshop when the is transparent it draws the color of the pen?

is this possible

I don't know if it's logical to have the multiply mode draw when there is no pixel.
I understand that it could miss to someone who is used to PS though.

Maybe other members can share their thoughts about it, that could be easily and quickly implemented.

i think i agree with madsjuul.

although Patrice is off course right and a multiply on an empty pixel should logically result in an empty pixel.
intuitively it makes more sense if the tool applies the A color in a normal way as long as it doesn't cross pixels it can multiply with.
especially for novice users this ca be confusing behaviour

and....
if for some reason you specifically still want to have the current behavior (only a visible result on existing pixels) simply switch the alpha lock on!

this last point seems to me to defy most arguments against changing it

I was just thinking about it because it maybe could be good to sketch animation with it, with a grey brush building the line until it gets black
Not thinking about how hard I pres

but I havnt, tried animation with this mode so I dont know if it is something?
