11.7.1 Instance handles do not auto scroll the timeline

I noticed that the instance handles no longer auto scroll the timeline when dragged towards the edge of the window.
TVPaint 11.7.3, 12.0.1 Pro 64, Windows 10 H
i7-8700k, 48GB, RTX 2080 8G Desktop, Cintiq Pro 24 (3840x2160)
Ryzen 9 5900HS,16GB, RTX 3060 6G Laptop, Wacom ONE 13 Touch (1920x1080)

Hello TVPUSER, which version number were you using before noticing this change and which one are you using now, please?

Hi, I recently reset my work PC so I reinstalled the same 11.7.1 with the latest hotfix. For some reason this problem solved itself. I can't reproduce this bug but it was really annoying me for a while!
