When I use tvpaint 11.7.1 the keyFramer to Offset pivot, the conrtrol of postision and size is still at the center of the project.
It can't work at pivot point。 How can I make it move and scale follow the pivot that I offseted。
By the way it can works in tvpaint 11.7.0.

Try this:
1.) by default the first box next to Offset/Position is selected. To reset the pivot point , start by deselecting Offset/Position and selecting Offset/Pivot instead.
(click any of the images to view them full size)
2.) after selecting Offset/Pivot , you can drag the pivot point to wherever you want it, then set your keyframes.
3.) After having set the Pivot point keyframes (for change of angle on Heading or Pitch, or Bank) you can also reselect the Offset/Position and change that too so the object you are keyframing will both pivot and change it's position.
Pivoting AND Scaling (plus changing X or Y positions) is a bit trickier.
I would make a layout layer showing the Start and End positions for the object you are transforming with the KeyFramer. (see video)
I've found that first I need to deselect the Offset/Position , then select the Offset/Pivot position, drag the pivot point to the desired position, and set a keyframe for first and last frames.
It's important to set the Pivot point and set a first keyframe and last keyframe for the Pivot point before you set keyframes for the Position. You can still adjust the amount of pivot later , but those keyframes for the Offset/Pivot need to be set before you adjust any of the X/Y/Z values in the Offset/Position.
Then after doing that, re-select the Offset/Position and adjust the X/Y/Z positions. Then fine tune the adjustments for each keyframe , then Apply FX Stack.

I think it seem become more unhandy. I offset the pivot ,because I hope the object to change position, scale and rotation based on the pivot. But the position controller is not following the pivot in tvpaint 11.7.1 .
If it possible can offset pivot like AE ,and adjust position, scale and rotation on the pivot.

Agreed. It would be much better for the pivot point offset to behave as in After Effects.

Thanks D.T. Nethery. I hope that this discussion can be added to the software upgrade KeyFramer in the future.

Yes, it seems as if the problem is that Offset Pivot and Offset Position act independent of one another. So if the object being animated has a simple change of Angle (pivot) like the example I showed above with the sword pivoting from the point set at the end of the sword hilt there is no problem , but if the object is also changing position (X - Y) and scale (Z) the Offset Pivot point doesn't track with Offset Position coordinates.
If you want to have an offset pivot point and also change the position and scale of an object with the Keyframer it seems that the best solution is the clever workaround that Peter Wassink mentions here: https://forum.tvpaint.com/viewtopic.php ... 96#p121057 , which is to make the object to be animated into a Custom Brush , then in the Custom Brush panel set the Handle to Custom , and drag the handle to the point where you want the object to pivot . Then in the FX Stack > Keyframer set the Source to the Custom Brush. Because the pivot point has already been set on the Custom Brush you have only to set the X-Y-Z position keyframes. The pivot point will be the one you set on the Custom Brush.
In the screenshots below , the sword has been copied to a Custom Brush, the handle set to the end of the sword hilt.
Then in the Keyframer the source is set to the Custom Brush.
