BUG: Timeline gets stuck on top of the screen

Hey there,

Bug report:
After I have worked on a smalle monitor, and then go back to a bigger monitor, if I want to expand tvpaint, my layer window always pops to the top of the screen in a way I can't move it down anymore. And I don'y know how to fix this.
Are you aware of this issue?

Closing and opening my project again helped

But it's still a bug....

I think this bug was fixed in v11.7.1, can you download it and see if you still have the issue?
