Export From Camera View Fail

Hi
I am trying everything to export from the Camera View, but it just won't work. It has no problem exporting the Project View, but my camera work would not show this way.
For example, I have a project with around 2k resolution, but my camera is 1080x1080. I tried different animation formats, direct avi, internal avi, mov, mp4, etc. None of them works. It would export within a flash time and the movie file itself would just be a blank slate. Here is the setting I am using.

Please let me know if this is a common problem or just me. Thanks~

Hello, I have tried all, but sadly nothing works. I still only got one empty frame.
But tvpaint is running successfully on my mac m1 mini. It can export with no problem. I only have this issue on PC windows 11 current version 22H2

Wow, that's very odd. I wish I had something else to suggest , but I know nothing about Windows (always been on a Mac system). You might want to contact TVPaint Support through their official Contact Form on the TVPaint website.

What is 22H2?
in v.11.7.0 (October 27 2022) and also in the latest beta it works as it should (win11-64bit)
Could it be you are exporting from an empty clip?
sometimes people have more then one clip open and are not aware of it.
but that also makes no sense in this case...
besides i see the red in the preview window so at least that should be visible...

Hello,
Did you save this project on a server / cloud storage service or an external hard drive? Or are you working by opening it directly from a server / cloud storage service?

I'm having the same issue! It won't allow me to export from camera on any mode (MOV, MP4, AVI, or even PNG). I had to change the setting for Convert to: DISPLAY instead of from it's default setting. It's quite frustrating because it wasn't doing this at all before and the quality of the animation is vastly compromised by taking a Display preview essentially! I'm working from a PC Windows 10, TVP 11.9 (though i tried with the 11.5 as well and still same issues), and the file is from a folder in the computer not the cloud. ANY help will be greatly appreciated, this is such a major nuisance!

Unfortunately I think this problem just started for me.
I had been unable to export ANY type of video with the camera view, it would only let me export the Project view. This happened after I opened the file in TVPaint 12 before reverting back to 11. The fix that worked for me: I selected all sixty four of my scenes and clips, right clicked>Create New Project form Selected Clips, and then THAT file was able to export without issue.
I think my cameras got messed up between the two different TVP versions, and copying/pasting them seemed to have worked!

In the Clip with the Camera, if you go to Tool: Camera and reset your format and frame rate to the project frame rate it should export the project properly. Even if it looks like it is the same as your project, try changing it to something else, hit OK and then go back to the parameters and set it to your project settings. At least this worked for me when I was having issues. PC windows 10, 11.7.4.
