'Force Proxy Render' is not working sometimes after the update to 11.7.1

Hello, I'm so sorry about the many posting......
I'm using always 'Force Proxy Render' option, to see accurate timing(fps) of animation.
After the update of 11.7.1,
'Force Proxy Render' option seems not forcing the rendering on preview sometimes.
I'll describe some symptom of this.
1.Once it occured, It continues to not render the project (there is no 'rendering window' with phrase like "Rendering Playback Proxy"), tvp just run the preview even if it's not proper fps.
(It seems like in case of I cancel the 'render window' with 'esc',
In previous version, in case of running preview with closing the render window intentionally, the other frames that was not rendered was ran with not proper fps,
Just like the ploblem I'm having in 11.7.1)
2.'Force Proxy Render' & 'Background Proxy Render' option is always checked, so that tvp render the preview, to see the proper fps of animation.
-I checked with turn them off and restart and check and then restart and turned them on and then check and restart and check.
3.This symptom was occured first time I updated to 11.7.1 and just now.
4.Closing the TVP and restarting TVP is not affects the result.
-After I intall tvp and delete data under the appdata a few times, but it seems not the exact reason of these ploblem.
-I re-installed tvp 11.7.1 several time and after that, I thought it fixed (I think there was not a thing to be considered as a trigger), but after a few days, right now, It occurse again.
5. When if it's heavy ploject, I can feel and know 'play all' option can affect actual fps, but, It's not the trigger or the reason.
I tested it, but It's not the reason why the render window is not showing.
6.With Same project, in just previous version of tvp, like 11.7.0, no ploblem with that.
7.I checked it during a few days with two system, in main system 2 times, and the other system, It occured today.
these two system is running from or using....
-tvp donggle version & Windows 10 64bit ( I didn't checked it on doggless version.)
-using X-sheet function of tvp.
-Project size was heavy, over the 7GB, but when it starts to occurs in heavy project, It occurs unsaved light project too(so I think It's not the reason)
It seems because of 'specific reason', the render is not working, or the rendering window is not running, so It shows the un-rendered preview. with slow fps
fps Setting is not the ploblem, just (proxy?) Rendering is not working.
Before update of the 11.7.1, I never had this kind of ploblem.(It's only occured when I cancel the rendering)

-additinal suspecious thing.
I did not understood Proxy rendering or proxy thingies... but
even the previous version. there was some error on rendering process.
I think there is low possibility on relationship with this symptom, but,
Once there was rendering process occured, and if TVP does not detect the difference,
tvp skips rendering it, even if already rendered preview includes obviously not exist image.
So, if that case occured, I had to give a change on my timeline or addtional draw or erase or do something (give a change on it) and re-render it, so that re-cover the previous-incorrectly-rendered-preview.
Because until the tvp detect the diffrence, tvp not re-render it.
I think even in this case, the fps was still looked proper, so I think it's not the reason.......but well, though
