Noticed a glitch with TvPaint 11.7. Windows 10

When loading projects, TVPaint only remembers the directory of the first project opened. So if I open a project from folder (A). Then go and locate a project from another folder (B). And if I want to open a 2nd project from folder (B) - TvPaint brings me back to folder (A).

This is happening to me as well.
Thought there may be something wrong with my config.ini file so I created a new default config folder. At first, everything seemed to be working as expected - i.e., Open/Import will load the folder where the most recently opened project was located. But then, after closing and reopening TVPaint, it reverted back to the unexpected behavior of always going to the same folder, and not the one where I last opened a project. TVP Devs, could there be something in 11.7 that's changing a setting in the config.ini file?
I reinstalled 11.5.3 to test and this issue does not occur.
