Problems with downloading 11.7 for MacOS Catalina

When I go to the download page, the warning comes up that for MacOS Catalina, "you will need to manually allow the dongle drivers to run during the installation. Please read the installation documentation for more details". But when I click on that link for the installation documentation, a page comes up with no information in it.
Is there another location where a step-by-step procedure for downloading and installing 11.7 can be found?
