sharing Guidelines

To share guideline settings it would be usefull if guidelines could be shared saved or exported. (via a bin maybe ? inside joke)

as projects have their root in the top left corner.
however this could turn out to be problematic when opening them in projects with different dimensions.

(not sure if its worth considering having a dual root so you could switch between the left top corner and the center of the project? )

But for a lot of guides it would still be usefull nevertheless.
