Can the transform tool pivot be ported to a lighttable?

Today, the studio staff asked me about the following:
Can the transform tool pivot be ported to a lighttable?
It seems that the question itself was asked in the past, but it did not seem to be well communicated to the development members at that time.

Is this a difficult subject for current development members? I look forward to an answer.

i still think an improvement of the OOP rotation pivot
could be to make it so that it is always the center of the screen.
