An Option where when you press Play Button it stop at the Current Instance not Exposure

An Option where when you press Play Button it stop at the Current Instance not Exposure

I was wondering can you make an option where when you place Play Button it stop at the Current Instance not on Exposure.

And or the frame you start on when you press play.
