right Arrow key not working while importing footage setting Mark in/out

Hello,
Before starting my shot I usually import my section from the animatic footage provided to me. I used to import entire animatic and in the 'import footage' window select Mark in and out of my shot duration. It was easier earlier to set precise frame IN/Out with using arrow keys, but I noticed a year or so ago that the right arrow key does not move a frame ahead and the left arrow key
jumps two frames back.
I'm not sure if this is a bug or a deliberate change in the software but I noticed this function changing around a year ago. Is there a way to adjust this?
