Request Undo in Layer Opacity & Layer Name

I remember there was 'layer density' or 'layer name' in history,
and we could use it with undo, but since someday, It's gone...maybe?

I don't know even why.... and want to know why...
If it's result of some others request, I hope toggle options which is regard those as undoable

-changing density
-rename layer

If we are changing colored artwork with transparency,
and have multiple layers which is controled by transparency,
we can't restore whole artwork with undo or history.

We had a really big discussion about this in 2014

"To undo or not to undo ..."
in which the development team asked us Betatesters what actions should fall under Undo and what not.

at the time i suggested offering the choice in the preference but this was deemed not to be a viable option ( to complex for users + to hard to develop)

it turned out we had about a 50/50 split across the betagroup where people, depending on their use of the program, either preferred to have al layer controls to be exempt from the Undo or have everything undoable...

oh, I see.....so sad....
but with this undo, we can't restore our works completely, this is ridiculous......

thank you for your inform, though.

I want to see the disscussion about this,
but you mean, is this disscussion exist in like 'Open beta'?
