[Crash] "Disable project bg video" button

OS: Windows 7, 64 bit, 16bg ram, i7
Version: TVP Pro (11.0.09-64 bits)
Wacom: Cintiq Pro 13"
Webcam: Blue Microphones Eyeball 2.0
Pressing "Disable project background video" causes TVP to crash. Afterward, the PC needs to be hard restarted as the
software process can't be killed through the task manager or using the command prompt.
"Enabling project background video" is not clear enough. I suggest "Toggle webcam projection onto canvas".
