irritating little bug?(ger)

I have a persistent problem with the transform tool.
Sometimes, -and i can not determine the course of action(s)- when i reposition an item and i press the enter button as to apply the changes shown
as a preview, the transform tool does not apply the new position, but instead jumps back to the old.
If i change from once to fill (in the transform tool box ) and back, then press enter, it does apply the new position. But then i have to do this every time i want to reposition an item. Restarting the program fixes the problem, but sooner or later there it is again.
I had the same thing in previous versions of tvpaint, and since no one has reported this as being a bug of some sort, i was wondering if it could be something of a 'cache' or 'refresh'-thing on my computer?
Any help would be appreciated, it is utterly annoying...

Thanks for the bug report, we'll take a look at it more precisely to fix that problem. Hopefully it's not too late to include the fix in the app for the next update

Although as i said, I'm not sure if it is a bug or my computer doing something weird. Thanks a million for looking into it, happiness (and irritation ) is in the little things they say.
