Does someone know the director or manager of customer support email address? I need to relate/ask a question to someone that directs customer support.

If I had a technical question, I would post here. But, this is something I feel needs to be brought to the attention of the manager of support staff; thus, I was hoping for a direct contact. If one is available, it could be email to me rather than post here.
