Hi guys,
I have a lot of problems with the tablet...
I'm using TV paint 10 Pro (10.5.7-64 bits)
with a wacom Intuos Pro Large 4 - driver 6.3.21-5
On a
MacBook pro Os X El Capitan 10.11.6
2,5 Ghz Intel Core i7
16 GB DDR3
GeForce GT 750 M 2048 MB
I have no problems with other drawing softwares, only in TV Paint.
I tried to turn off/turn on the line smoothing, to increse the memory, to reset, to reinstall the drivers... nothing changed.
Any solutions? It's very frustrating
I added a screenshot
Thanks a lot,
Stefano

Hello and welcome on the TVPaint boards,
I'm not the Mac specialist here at TVPaint, so you might have more accurate answers later (monday probably).
You can try the following for now :
1) working in full screen mode.
2) working with the 32 bits version of the v10.5.7 (you can download it from the update page with your codes)

nb : I edited your title by removing the unnecessary caps.

Just to collect more information:
What resolution is the scene?
Have you experimented comparing high vs. low resolution scenes?
Do you see similar results in a rendered image?
Just for reference, I am on OS X 10.10.5 (Yosemite), using TVPaint 11 Pro with a Wacom Intuos Pro and iPad Pro / Astropad and do not have smoothing enabled yet I achieve very nice arcs.

Hi guys, thanks for reply.
I tried full screen, changing resolution of the project, increasing the memory... but it's still bad, it doesn't change.
I'll try to download the 32 bit version now

I confirm the issue with the 64 bit version of TVPaint 10, even in Full screen.
The problem isn't here on the 32 bit version.
Looks like Apple's last update blew up again Wacom fixes. And, unfortunately, there is nothing to be done on our side because we stopped TVPaint 10 development +2 years ago.
You can either :
• work in 32 bit
• upgrade to TVPaint 11
• downgrade your Mac
