Sound Related Shortcuts/George

Hey!
Just need two things with sound for now :
- Shortcuts to move sound up or down to avoid using right click multiple times
- A way to get selected sound layer index with george (EDIT : ok, technically we need to be able to select layers first
right now we can only right click)
