There is more of Chelsea's work with TVPaint on her blog and deviant art page.
She attended Capilano University's animation program under Don Perro who is the director there. (as you know)

"This is my graduation work.
The animation tells the story of a boy meeting a fox in the rain, holding a bag in a gloomy city. The boy then helps the fox with his plight and discovers a new world.
I have used a lot of software , like FLASH , TVP Animation ,Photoshop , After Effects and Premiere . The FLASH and TVP Animation is for character animation, Photoshop is for background and After Effects is for synthesis , Premiere is for final cut ." http://zhengyawen.diandian.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Kind of funny and cute. It reminds me of the Zagreb school of animation, named after their 1960's and 70's style of production and by "they" I mean almost every animator around Zagreb was into this style back then. Those were the innocent days of animation. Kids must like this film.

And then there's Bruno Bozzetto, for whom Flash software was invented, because he animated in Flash before it was invented. No one else should be allowed to use it.
