TenZero's screenshots show many different looks. Mine (on Chrome and Windows) is the blue-gray one, which I like much better than the old look.

btw Michael i'm curious to know if you managed to save that deleted file? If so it might be beneficial to others to share how you did it.

So, it seems to read difficultly with low contrast and flat UI.

Anyway I coped with in my case.

That's it! I like this new forum because it makes me look stylish! 8)
That file was totally buggered, not even the team at Metz were able to salvage it. That'll teach me blunder around with these things.

Yes, that would be useful for those with mobile devices and wouldn't impact those who don't have (or want) one.

Dear TVPaint people - with all my love to you I will be frank - I don't really understand why to change the forum look which improves literally nothing, except making my eyes hurt really bad. Grey text on grey background, black on grey, light blue on grey?! all this, plus the small letters, plus all those blackish/greyish/blueish colored boxes and new symbols just don't make it any better or more readable. At least you could leave an option to change it back to "normal" in the preferences - right now I can only choose board style tvpaint_v3...
Please please just return it back to as it was...

Same here; the text as is appears as grey on grey. I also agree that there is far too much business around the layout in general to meet the functionality for which we come here. The text of the posts should be the most salient aspect, which at this point is more the opposite. It is actually great relief to see dark grey on pure white as I write this post.

The attachment Capture d’écran 2015-02-13 à 11.04.57.png is no longer available
Well, I understand that the main text it's technically white, but it appears grayish because of the overall color scheme and sizes, and all the other elements around it, that are all differently dimmed a bit. Lot's of other text elements are hard to read or distinguish from one another. See my attachments.
Frankly I don't really understand the idea behind this change - just change for a change? did anybody complain about how the forum looks like? was it really necessary? I know one thing - the previous forum was just more readable. of course I will get used to the new look, but I just don't see any common sense behind it...

The text is readable, so I assume the problem comes from your screen colors. Can you send a picture (not a digital screenshot) ?

Please note that the website and forum style are not correct on Internet Explorer 8
