I've re-read your above posts and I think I now understand the problem better.
Photoshop must use some other method then the SubPixel mode when it draws on a PC to get smooth lines.
So like you posted earlier Wacom needs to offer some kind of event support for radial menu.
Is it worth checking back with Wacom after a year and a half?

Just to follow up on this thread - I am now on TVPaint 11.5.1, Wacom drivers 6.3.41-1 and still the issue persists on Windows - nothing changed...
