Hi David:
Here's one I just whipped up. I call it Wiggly Nib!
A little animated dot, displaced against some rough paper, and set on random+hold. This one also has a paper texture turned on for some added grit.
See if it doesn't do something for you..

These are really interesting pens. Thank you Cartoon Monkey and Fabrice. I am fascinated by the interesting way these pens are achieved as well.
