I don't like the fact that newly exported files are put in the "recent files" menu. I usually only need the files I opened with TVPaint and the exported files confuses me to find the file I need to open

The listing of recently created and saved files is stored to and retrieved from the config.ini file each time TVPaint is quit or started.
I had the same negative reaction as Nathan, et al., to the different file types that fill up the list, so I wrote a utility last year that lets me choose from recently saved .tvpp files (only) which I upload here. I should note that the "TVPList" utility also attempts to filter out any path/.tvpp files that can no longer be found or loaded, unlike the Recent files listing.
Myself, I'd like to have a Preference checkbox that would offer the option to build and display a chronological list of saved TVPP files only.
I wasn't aware you can do that <3 thanks for sharing sven
