Klaus - No More TVPaint?!

I just saw an article that said that Klaus, the amazing hand drawn feature project, with a teaser originally done in TVPaint, will not be done in Toon Boom!! What happened here?!

I wouldn't mind Klaus being done with both TVPaint and Toon Boom, TVPaint for hand drawn animation and Toon Boom for ink and paint, among other different features. It would be like how The Princess and the Frog was made, being drawn with pencil then being imported to the Toon Boom system, but with digital drawing instead.
