How to create custom brush? Topic is solved

Hi everyone!
I was wondering if there's a way to create custom brushes for TVP? I can't seem to find anything in the help articles (or am I not looking in the right place?). I know I can change the settings of pre-existing ones and save those as a separate tool, but is there any way to set up my own one?

If not, what tool would you suggest I mess with (and how), in order to create something that looks like a hard inky line? I'm thinking something along the lines of Kim Shiyoon's ink brushes for Photoshop.
The closest I got to what I wanted was by changing the pencil tool settings by changing the grain to "hard" and the Power to 100 and "None", but it still looks too... well... pencily! It's just the texture that I can't seem to get right, so if anyone has any suggestions I would be super thankful!
