I was working most of today , but turned on the television briefly as I am taking a break ... I am so very sorry to see the horrible news that terrorist scumbags have killed and injured more people in France .

I hope that you and all your family and friends and are safe. Honestly, I feel helpless in the face of this insanity,
I don't know what to say or do ... but I want you to know that I am so very sad that this has happened (again).

I've heard there are 84 deads in Nice attacks... But at the moment, we don't know if it's related to islamic zealots or if it's some random asshole who wanted to have fun by running over people...

I suppose it is a sad commentary on how conditions in the world have deteriorated when I find myself thinking that I would prefer to find out that this was "only" the action of a random asshole ... but whatever the motivation of the killer , it is a brutal, shocking , horrible event.
