Transform Tool Pivot Point Scaling

I love the new pivot point feature of the transform tool but it would be an even further improvement if scaling could also be linked to the pivot point.
Right now you can only rotate around the pivot point.

We didn't do it immediately because it was wierd to use.
But it's still in the plans.

It would sure make a lot of sense to have the scaling refer to the pivot point.

Another thing is, whenever I move the pivot, it always confuses me to then have 2 pivot points, the original one and the one that is moved. Couldn't we just stick to one?

Nope, because both can be used.

I'm with Sewie on this. It would be nice if you could change the anchor point (like you already can in 11.0.3) but still use the original points for rotation and scaling. Especially since it comes to problems if you need to adjust the anchor-point just a tiny bit. You get a tiny circle for the rotation.

I totally agree - everything has to be linked to one pivot - both rotation and scaling.
