Speed improvements of George Command "tv_paper"

I think the George Command "Tv_paper" respond a bit slowly.
Maybe it is possible to improve the speed somehow.
I noticed If the paper is active and I run this code.

tv_Paper Active 1

I can see the paper gets deactivated and then activated again. There is no need for this deactivation/activation the commands should simply let the activation be, so naybe it is possible to optimize the george command here?
