11月11日配信のWindows Update適用後に、Windowsが正常に起動できない問題について

11月11日配信のWindows Updateを適用し、特定のUSBデバイスを接続したまま再起動すると、Windowsが正常に起動できなくなるという報告をいただいております。

現在、こちらの症状について確認中ですので、詳細が確認されるまでは、お使いのペンタブレットのUSBケーブルをパソコンから外していただき、その後、Windowsを起動してください。

Windows起動後に、あらためてペンタブレットを接続いただければ 問題なくお使いいただく事ができます。

We work on confirmation now, so please pull off Wacom products tablet USB cable when your PC reboot / sleep / shutdown after applicated Microsoft Windows Update KB3097877, KB3107998.

Your Windows PC will be available normally when you re-connect Wacom pen tablet USB cable after the PC start up.

Wacom Japan updated the information at 18:20 12th Nov 2015 (GMT+9) ; "We recommend to delete "KB3097877" till MS release next security patch".

11月11日に配信されたWindows Updateの更新プログラム「KB3097877」を適用後、 特定のUSBデバイスを接続したままWindowsを再起動すると、正常に起動ができなくなるという現象を確認しております。
こちらの現象については、弊社ペンタブレットなどのUSBデバイスを 一時的に取り外していただくことで、Windowsの正常な起動が可能です。
Windowsが起動しましたら、改めてUSBデバイスを接続しお使いください。

なお、該当の更新プログラムがインストールされている限り Windows起動時には上記操作が必要となります。 以下の手順に従い更新プログラムを削除することをお勧めいたします。

Il semble que l’installation de la KB3097877 sur un PC Windows 7 ou Windows 8.1 est à l’origine de sérieux soucis.

Windows 10, les mises à jour KB3106932 et KB3105210 peuvent poser soucis

Les utilisateurs de Windows 7 et 8.1 ne sont pas les seuls concernés par des soucis suite au déploiement du Patch Tuesday de novembre 2015 de Microsoft. Windows 10 est aussi la source de problème.
