(SOLVED)cancel export

I would be great, if I could cancel the export. Especially with longer sequences, sometimes you click on export but then realize milliseconds later that the settings were wrong and you have to wait for the false export to finish.
I believe there is no possible way right now to cancel it. Pressing ESC doesn't do anything and you cannot click on anything.

Have you tried Cmd-. ? (That's the 'standard' way to cancel an operation in progress on MacOSX)
I don't know if it still works with the latest OSX, but it worked some time ago.

I have tried Cmd-. and Cmd+"a lot of other keys" now but nothing cancels the export.
