Remember Current Clip and Current Frame in Project
Remember Current Clip and Current Frame in Project
If I open a previous saved project, It always opens of first frame of first Clip.
I would like that the current clip and current frame is saved when saving a project.
This means if I save a project on frame 200 in clip 20, then when I the next day opens TVPaint the project opens on frame 200 in clip number 20.
Kind Regards

Re: Remember Current Clip and Current Frame in Project
+ (I want that too)
My projects have usually 12 to 15 clips and to have to get clip #1 each time I open TVP and then work my way somewhere to the middle gets annoying if I have to do this every day, sometimes several times a day. And now to think that I could get exactly the last frame I had been working on before I went to bed, that would be a dream! Is it really that difficult to implement?

but maybe optional, (a gadget to check on/off) in the preference panel,
though I don't know if some users here (how many?) are pro- "load Project & go to the first frame" ever ...
a "Remember Timeline (last) Position " metadata line shouldn't be so hard to add in the project saving process imo .

Oh that's a great suggestion +1. Sounds kinda unorganized, but if I stay away some days from my project I often need to find the spot I was working on.

Has anyone tried Svengali's new Save-Reload Place Plugin which he offered here?

I ask because the link still says Not downloaded yet. For all practical purposes it reliably does exactly what we all right here agreed upon should be implemented in TVP and has been ToDo listed. I would hate to live another day without it anymore.
