I do not think so about Disney Pictures do that for U.S., only sell DVD or Blu-ray.
Or promote by Toho international or Kadokawa with rating for France, Taiwan and South Korea like "The Borrower Arrietty".

Looks like this is preliminary production artwork, but it would fit the final film as well, as they did in My Neighbors the Yamadas.
