Download TVP10 32 bit

Hi There!
I own TVP-Pro 10.0.9 64 bit, running on Windows 7.
Question1:
To import/export quicktime I want to install the 32bit version parallel on my computer.
Where can I get it ? and is it free once I use the same dongle/Lock code?
When I go to the update page and try to download it (entering all my informations), it says: no upadate available..

Go to http://www.tvpaint.com/v2/content/artic ... update.php" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
enter all the informations, select "32 bits", and you can download it.
By doing "Check for updates" inside TVPaint, it will only check the same architecture you are running, ie 64 bits when you're using the 64 bits version.
So you'll have to do it once for each of 32 and 64 bits.

BTW, the latest version is 10.0.11.

Mmm strange I still get the "There is no new version available." screen.
Both when I try the "Check for updates" inside Tv Paint (and I have still 10.0.9), and when I enter the Lock Code and Unlock Code
on the website. Both for the 64bit and 32bit.
Something wrong with my license?
I will send a mail with my codes..

Can you try again ? We have changed some preferences on th wesbite, that should work better

If you still have a 10.0.9 anyway, can you go to "Help > about TVPaint" and look at the windows' bar what is the version and its date ?
