serial number?

hi just trying to install tv paint full which i bought last week...i've uninstalled the demo and installed from the cd i can find the dongle id number but there's nothing in the packaging or dvd case to tell me my serial number....

any ideas??

Plug your dongle, then launch TVP Animation.
A panel will appear with the Lock Code. Send it at support.@tvpaintfr with your name and we will answer you as soon as we can monday.
