does anybody know if working with a faster hard drive will increase the performance of custom brushes on high-res projects?
if not, can anybody suggest what can be done to increase performance (I'm talking about custombrushes with the animation set to pressure'). Just to note, I'm working on a dual xeon (512k) 3.0 ghz with 2GB ram, and my temp drive is a SATA Raid of 2 drives. So any improvement, I guess, should rise from something different than hardware.
Cheers,
A.
