small bug when importing footage?

Post by stefanvermeulen »

Hi there,

just to report what I think is a small bug.

I installed TVP 9.5.21 Pro recently and when I Import a mov.file as a project I get a progress bar halted at 0%.
When I hit Esc the progres bar and the import footage panel disappear and it turns out the footage has loaded perfectly well (so it's not a mayor issue).

I haven't tried this with other files or importing as a clip ,layer or custom brush.

Did anyone else get this?

YES. I have noticed this same behavior in TVPaint 9.5.21 .

I'm on Mac OS 10.6

Thanks for bringing this up , I had meant to post about this.

I confirm the bug =)

Disable "import sound" (if you do not need it).

Thank you for the temporary work-around tip of turning off "Import Audio" . Now the Import Footage works again without the frozen progress bar and no need to hit ESC to make it finish loading.
